I have read the privacy policy and rental terms. I understand this is an inquiry; a booking requires a written order confirmation.

Cancellation charges: 10% at 10+ days; 50% at 3–9 days; 90% under 3 days. Full rental-charge refund within 48 hours of booking confirmation only when cancellation is also at least 10 days before rental start. Deposit refundable before handover; delivery refundable before any delivery-related trip. Disclosed nonrecoverable processing fees may apply. Full policy

Your refundable deposit

A $2,500 refundable insurance deposit applies once per order. It is a security deposit, not insurance coverage, and does not limit your responsibility for equipment.

Eligible deductions include documented damage beyond ordinary wear, missing items, and unpaid agreed charges. Undisputed funds are refunded within 10 business days after complete return and inspection, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.
