Select MacBook Pro, iMac, or iPad Pro and your rental dates. Start with five units of each model you need, for at least three days.

Confirm your order

We confirm availability, configuration, software needs, accessories, and handoff times. Review the final charges, taxes, cancellation terms, and rental agreement before accepting the written order.

Receive your devices

Have an authorized adult available at the agreed delivery time. Check the devices and accessories against the order and condition record, and report any problems promptly.

Delivery & pickup details

Return your setup

Keep devices protected during use. Before the agreed pickup, back up your work, sign out, remove account locks, and gather every listed accessory.

Your refundable deposit

A $2,500 refundable insurance deposit applies once per order. It is a security deposit, not insurance coverage, and does not limit your responsibility for equipment.

Eligible deductions include documented damage beyond ordinary wear, missing items, and unpaid agreed charges. Undisputed funds are refunded within 10 business days after complete return and inspection, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.
