Before delivery
- Provide the complete address, floor or unit, and a receiving contact.
- Confirm unloading access, stairs or elevators, security procedures, and venue time restrictions.
- Agree the arrival window and equipment check-in procedure.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
A clear handoff at both ends.
The standard fee is $120 for combined delivery and pickup per order, for the arrangement accepted in writing.
Before pickup
- Gather all devices and listed accessories in one supervised place.
- Complete backups, account sign-out, and removal of activation or enrollment locks.
- Use the agreed return window and authorized collection agent.
Service area
We arrange rentals across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC, subject to confirmed scheduling and access. Listed offices are not automatic walk-in pickup or drop-off points.
Multiple delivery stops, separate return locations, special access, and additional services must be agreed in writing. On-site setup or staffing is not automatically included.
If plans change
The delivery/pickup fee is fully refundable if no delivery-related trip has begun. After travel begins, retained transportation costs are itemized and unused services credited. Equipment cancellation charges follow the cancellation policy.
Request extensions before the return time. Late charges apply under the agreement, but not solely because an authorized Pivot pickup missed its agreed window while equipment was ready and access was available.
