The estimator shows the deposit on its own line. It is included in the total before tax, but it is not equipment rental revenue or a daily charge.

Understand what the deposit covers.
A $2,500 refundable insurance deposit applies once per order. Despite the label, it is a security deposit—not insurance coverage, a damage waiver, or a cap on responsibility.
Documented deductions
The agreement allows supported charges for loss, damage, missing items or unpaid agreed amounts. Ordinary wear, pre-existing damage and faults not caused by the renter are not chargeable.
Refund timing
Undisputed deposit funds are refunded within 10 business days after complete return and inspection, subject to the agreement and applicable law. An unresolved claim must be explained and only a reasonable related amount retained. Bank processing may take additional time.
If you cancel before handover
The deposit is fully refundable and excluded from equipment cancellation percentages. Actual disclosed nonrecoverable third-party processing costs may apply where permitted. See the complete refund terms.
Check any separate insurance
No policy of insurance is included through this deposit. If your organization relies on its own cover, ask its insurer whether rented equipment, transport, theft and accidental damage are covered and what conditions apply.
