iMac Rentals for Temporary Offices & Training Rooms
Set up a defined number of workstations for a project office, training room, or visiting team. Plan around the people working at the same time and the space they will use.

Make the room ready before the equipment arrives
A desktop deployment needs more than a device count. Confirm desk depth, safe power access, network coverage, accessible seating, and building access. If delivery is to a temporary venue, identify the receiving person and reserve enough time to verify every station before the first session.
- Count concurrent users and select 5–20 iMacs, or a larger mixed setup within each model’s limit.
- Check the room layout, electrical capacity with the venue, and cable routes before delivery.
- Confirm browser-based or installed applications, user accounts, and any IT enrollment requirements.
- Keep a manifest for each iMac, keyboard, and mouse so the complete set returns together.
Choosing the configuration
The iMac includes a 24-inch display, M4 chip, 16GB memory, Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse. Furniture, venue connectivity, printers, specialist software, and on-site setup are not assumed to be included.

Totals include one $120 delivery/pickup fee and one $2,500 refundable deposit. Longer periods use the daily rate; no weekly or monthly discount is assumed.
Delivery is available across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC, subject to confirmed scheduling. Review the delivery arrangements, deposit explanation, and cancellation schedule before booking.
Questions for this setup
Do you supply desks and office furniture?
Furniture is not part of the current equipment listing. Arrange the workspace separately.
Can we add MacBooks for instructors or mobile staff?
Yes, a mixed estimate can include MacBooks, with at least five units of each selected model.
Can we extend the rental if the project runs late?
Request an extension before the agreed return time. It requires written approval and depends on availability.
