Connection and application

The listed iPad Pro is Wi-Fi only. Confirm the venue’s connection and how each device will authenticate. Ask whether captive portals, device limits, or network restrictions affect the app. Test offline behavior; do not assume lead capture, file sharing, or check-in will continue during an outage. Use business-approved accounts and confirm subscription or per-device license requirements.

Physical station

Verify stand or enclosure compatibility with the 13-inch model. These accessories are not confirmed inclusions. Place controls where seated and standing visitors can reach them and give staff space to assist. Keep cables out of walkways and equipment away from drinks. For printing or payments, confirm each peripheral with the app or payment provider before booking.

Closing the event

Export only the records you are permitted to retain and confirm they are stored in your approved system. Remove account access and any activation or management locks. Collect each device with the accessories listed in the accepted order. Use the agreed pickup contact; do not leave devices unattended at the booth.
