iPad Rentals for Pop-Up Retail & POS Teams
Plan a set of iPads for a pop-up shop, temporary retail team, or supported digital-menu workflow. Confirm the payment system first; the iPad alone is not a complete point-of-sale setup.
5–20 units per selected model · 3-day minimum · $120 combined delivery/pickup per order · $2,500 refundable deposit per order
Check the payment provider’s requirements
Your POS provider determines supported hardware, app versions, payment readers, printers, account permissions, and network requirements. Verify the exact rented iPad model with that provider before booking. Payment processing agreements, merchant accounts, transaction fees, and business compliance remain separate from the device rental.
- Confirm compatibility of your POS app, readers, printers, cash drawers and mounts.
- Arrange secure Wi-Fi and understand how the provider handles outages or offline transactions.
- Test staff permissions, transaction flow, receipts and end-of-day reconciliation before opening.
- Remove business accounts and confirm transaction data is retained in your approved system before return.
Choosing the configuration
